No. Your church subscription covers the whole platform. Members download the free app and join using your invite link or QR code. You pay one flat monthly rate based on church participant size, not per-seat pricing.

How long does setup actually take?
Most churches are fully set up in under an hour. Create your church profile, add ministry spaces or gatherings if needed, invite your prayer team, and share your QR code or invite link on Sunday.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your church's private features pause — but nothing is deleted. Your data is always yours.
How does the Shepherd's Report actually work?
Prayerflow lets a pastor or prayer leader generate an AI-assisted pastoral briefing whenever they need one. It highlights prayer activity, crisis flags, testimonies, and the strongest themes across the church in a format that is readable in under two minutes.
