By accessing or using Prayerflow, you agree to use the service only in lawful ways and in accordance with these terms and any applicable church or account permissions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Paid church plans are billed through the web admin and may renew automatically unless canceled according to the billing settings available to the church account.

Pricing, plan limits, and included features may change over time. If a change materially affects an active paid plan, Prayerflow will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the product, billing workflow, or account email.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit, including prayer requests, testimonies, responses, and church information. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

Prayerflow may remove or restrict content that violates platform rules, creates risk, or interferes with the operation of the service.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Certain features may depend on third-party services, integrations, payment providers, or infrastructure that are outside our direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prayerflow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

Prayerflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
