Prayerflow collects the account, profile, church membership, billing, and prayer-related information needed to operate the app and admin dashboard. This may include your name, email, phone number, church affiliation, prayer content, testimony content, usage activity, and device or log information.

If your church uses integrations or invites members through Prayerflow, we may also process data needed to support those workflows, such as imported directory information or invitation status.

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, support church administration, moderate content, improve reliability, process subscriptions, and communicate about important product or account matters.

We may use automation and moderation tooling to review content for abuse, safety risks, or policy violations. Safety review does not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected.

Prayer content and church activity are shared according to the visibility settings, church membership rules, and administrative permissions built into the product.

We may share data with service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, send email, or support core product functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect people, churches, or the platform.

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the integrity of the platform.

Churches and users may request account or data deletion where supported, but some information may be retained for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.

You can update certain profile details inside the app, and church admins can manage some church-level data through the admin dashboard.
